Buying property, whether land or home or business, can be the single most important purchase in your lifetime. Selling property may be an opportunity to expand or a necessary downsize and is usually due to a change in lifestyle. Most buyers and sellers need guidance, encouragement and support throughout the process and my goal is to assist and advise you to help make your real estate experience rewarding.

I fulfilled a long-time desire by obtaining my real estate license in 2004, followed by my broker’s license in 2006. Since then, I have been the managing broker of the Ossipee office of Maxfield Real Estate. Although I enjoyed my management position, I found that I missed the daily contact with buyers and sellers and the satisfaction that comes with a successful sale. Joining Bean Group has given me that opportunity once again and I look forward to assisting you in any way possible.

A native of New Hampshire, I grew up on a large dairy farm in Farmington, have always lived in Strafford County, and truly believe that this is a perfect location in a great state. Less than an hour takes you south to ocean beaches or north to mountain skiing, and only minutes take you to crystal clear lakes and streams for swimming, fishing or boating. Or you may choose shopping, museums, theaters – the list is endless and we are fortunate to live here. It has been a wonderful place to raise my five children and now I am lucky to be able to watch my five grandchildren growing up with the same small-town values and opportunities. Whenever possible, my free time is spent at a small camp in Colebrook, fishing in the Great North Woods.

Having an inherent love of the land, I like to focus my real estate knowledge toward the preservation of “country life”, specializing in land and country listings and sales. Check out my photo gallery for a quick view of the places I love.
